Glenammer visit the 120th China 2017 Spring Import and Export Fair, known as the “Canton Fair”
Glenammer Director Allen Matthews and Marketing Manager Shu Yang were invited to attend the 120th Canton Fair, in China, in April 2017. China Import and Export Fair, also known as the “Canton Fair”, was established in 1957, and is the largest exhbition in Asia. The exhibition area is 1.18 million square metres. In each session, about 200,000 buyers attend the Fair from more than 210 countries and regions all over the world.
Glenammer visited the Canton Fair with the purpose of finding new machinery and technology to aid the process of test sieve manufacture. Glenammer visited and communicated with more than 70 different companies. We learnt about the various new technology that is available for test sieve production and we were really impressed by what we saw.
In the past 19 years, we have been producing the finest laboratory test sieves. Glenammer has always kept looking for better materials and components for test sieves and we are willing to apply the most advanced technology in the production. (Click to know our product features) We are the very first test sieve manufacturer in the industry to use laser marking technology to make our product labels. This enables us to make sieves without rivets, with less residue and easy to clean. Three dimension laser-marking technology has already been utilized to make the most advanced laser marking machine in China during recent years. We are upgrading our current laser marking machine after the trip.
Laser technology is a sustainable, low energy cost and eco-friendly method to utilize in manufacture. This type of equipment provides very accurate and efficent production solutions. Therefore, we intend to apply this technology in our sieve production process. Investigation for this process and sample testing with the new equipment are ongoing in Glenammer.
